Executive Chairman

Mr. King is a respected senior healthcare leader who operates with a strong emphasis on deeply understanding the healthcare industry, strategic planning, “playing the long game,” and staying ahead of rapidly evolving industry trends and challenges. He uses the insights gained in his 20+ year career as a healthcare leader in providing strategic and operational advice to a number of industry stakeholders.

Mr. King most recently served as executive chair and CEO of Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (Labcorp – NYSE: LH). Under his leadership, Labcorp transformed from a pure-play U.S. testing laboratory into a leading global life sciences company — tripling in size through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions, entering the Fortune 500, and being named to Fortune’s List of World’s Most Admired Companies. It is now the world’s largest clinical laboratory and second-largest drug development business. In 2019, Forbes named Mr. King to its list of America’s Most Innovative Leaders. Prior to joining Labcorp, Mr. King was partner at Hogan & Hartson LLP (now Hogan Lovells) where he was a key leader in the firm’s healthcare fraud and abuse practice, representing national healthcare companies in investigations and litigation. Mr. King was also an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland.

Mr. King is the Executive Chairman of ScribeAmerica, a leading provider of healthcare workforce solutions; is the non-executive chairman of Privia Health (NASDAQ: PRVA); and also serves on the boards of ZimVie (NASDAQ: ZIMV), binx health, and VaxCare. Mr. King’s extensive commitment to community service also includes serving as board chair of PATH, a nonprofit global health organization; board member of Novant Health, a multi-state integrated health system; member of the advisory board and executive committee of Duke University’s Robert J. Margolis, MD, Center for Health Policy; and board member of The Emily K Center, a college-readiness center founded by Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski. Mr. King previously served on the board of Cardinal Health (NYSE: CAH), a Fortune 20 healthcare company, and the American Clinical Laboratory Association, where he served as board chair from 2010 to 2014.

Mr. King holds a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Princeton University and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Tony Andrulonis, M.D.

President and Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Tony Andrulonis leads operations throughout the ScribeAmerica family of solutions, including ScribeAustralia. In this role he collaborates cross-functionally with executive, senior and local management to define key performance objectives, and develop strategies to address healthcare delivery challenges.

As an emergency medicine physician, Dr. Andrulonis has driven groundbreaking results in clinical care, and administrative efficiency over the course of his career. With expertise improving the quality of life for patients and providers, he guides health systems through the transition to value-based care.

Prior to joining ScribeAmerica, Dr. Andrulonis served as the President of Emergency Medicine at Envision Health, and Chief of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Baptist Health in Miami, Florida. As a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Task Force member, Dr. Andrulonis contributed to the emergency response for 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina. He is a sought out speaker, and was recognized by the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) as a “Hero of Emergency Medicine” during their 40th Anniversary celebration.

Dr. Andrulonis graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed a residency at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds an MBA from Northwestern, Kellogg School of Management and served as an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.

Chief Financial Officer

Mike graduated undergrad at York College of Pennsylvania with B.S. in Accounting, received an MBA from Florida Atlantic University with Accounting Concentration and Passed CPA exam in 2009. Mr. Welch is licensed in the State of FL.

Mike started his career in Audit at Deloitte & Touche (D&T) in South Florida. He worked on D&T’s largest public companies in the South Florida market.

Most recently, Mike spent four years with Sunera where he worked on a variety of projects, including Internal Audit Compliance, Cash to GAAP accounting conversions, audit support for clients, purchase accounting projects for newly acquired companies, valuation work with regards to intangible assets, bankruptcy support and served as main contact/preparation for financial reporting.

Jennifer Larsen

Executive Vice President of Operations

Jennifer Larsen joined the ScribeAustralia family in 2006 and has been key in the company’s growth from small startup to market leader to industry pioneer. She was one of the first managers to implement new scribe programs across the company. Jennifer authored the guide to standardizing program procedures for managers, streamlined operational practices and created the compliance protocol to meet national Joint Commission standards for scribes. Today, as a partner and Executive Vice President of Operations, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing and improving programs across the company.

Jennifer graduated from the University of California at Irvine with a Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences. She was a recipient of full athletic scholarships and played Division I tennis for both University of Wyoming and University of California at Irvine.

Jennifer takes pride in assisting physicians and helping them work at peak efficiency; through scribe services she strives to continually enhance the work/life balance for clinicians across the country.

Fabio Giraldo Montoya

Executive Vice President of Operations

Fabio Giraldo Montoya holds a B.S. in Pre-Clinical Heath Sciences and Masters in Health Service Administration from the University of Central Florida. He joined ScribeAmerica – then ScribeAmerica – in August of 2009 at Florida Hospital, where he was a standout scribe. In 2010, he was promoted to Chief Scribe and then Project Leader; he helped implement several contracts in southern Georgia and then returned to Florida to become the Southeast Regional President.

Fabio prides himself in maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness in his programs and ensuring that the highest of standards are followed in accordance with our company best practices. In an effort to maximize team efficiency, he is currently working on a Six Sigma Project as part of our internal QA/QC.

In his spare time Fabio enjoys saltwater fishing, attending concerts, salsa dancing and spending quality time with his daughter. He currently resides in Orlando and makes good use of the year round sunshine.

Amanda Ford

Executive Vice President of Operations

Amanda works closely with hospital partners and staffing groups across the country to deliver customized healthcare solutions at the point of care. She has worked in the medical scribe industry since 2002, beginning her career as a scribe leader and implementer. Her work has helped shape today’s modern medical scribe industry.

Amanda has served in business development roles strategizing with partners as well as overseeing operations teams focused on standardization and execution. She has led national teams through periods of dynamic change, including expansions and acquisitions. Amanda’s experience and expertise in the healthcare industry paired with her legal training allows her to work with our partners to deliver innovative and compliant solutions across the care continuum.

Amanda graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in Biology and earned a JD from Texas A & M Law School, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with her husband, two sons, and two stepdaughters.

Director of Clinical Affairs

Dr Jacqui Irvine is an Emergency Specialist trained in New Zealand and Australia currently working as an Emergency Director in New South Wales Health. Jacqui has worked across many areas in both Australia and New Zealand in primary and hospital level care. She has a Masters in Applied Health Management and has established her career in service development and redesign. Jacqui has demonstrated her commitment to improving healthcare accessibility and quality by working as the first Emergency Director in 2 separate rural sites from her very first Consultant job. She is also involved in Review work through facets of NSW Health and in Development and Education of Emergency Medicine in Sri Lanka in a volunteer capacity.

Tracee has a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Sales, and she understands the importance of adequately customising service offerings to meet and exceed clients’ needs. Throughout her career in Australian medical sales, she has witnessed firsthand the demanding challenges clinicians face in attempting to balance documentation tasks, administrative tasks, and other ancillary duties with providing quality, patient-centric care within the Ambulatory and Hospital settings. She is passionate about the concept of revolutionizing the Australian Healthcare System to address these challenges with a modern medical solution already proven in the American Healthcare System – Medical Scribes.
